Senior Solana Engineer

Ergonia, a leading crypto-native market-making firm, is at the forefront of Solana trading and development. As one of the largest participants on the Solana network, we've established ourselves by running sophisticated, high-volume, and efficient contracts on-chain. We're now embarking on an exciting journey to build the next generation of on-chain derivatives exchanges.

We're seeking a Senior Solana Engineer to join our innovative team. This role combines deep technical expertise in Solana smart contract development with a strategic understanding of DeFi and trading systems. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing production-grade smart contracts, architecting our exchange end-to-end, and ensuring optimal performance both on-chain and off-chain.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Rust programming (minimum 2 years). Your experience with production Solana contracts and understanding of DeFi ecosystems will be crucial in helping us push the boundaries of what's possible in decentralized finance.
