Escape is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their NY office and play a key role in shaping their customer success strategy. As the bridge between business and tech teams, you'll be the voice of customers, ensuring their needs are met and they're getting the most out of the platform. Reporting directly to the CEO Tristan Kalos and US Director Hanna Givelber, you'll support customers in understanding, using, and resolving technical issues with Escape's platform, while collaborating closely with the Sales, Product, and Engineering Teams.
