Description For Sales Engineer Cybersecurity - Hybrid Role, NYC

Escape is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their NY office and play a key role in shaping their customer success strategy. As the bridge between business and tech teams, you'll be the voice of customers, ensuring their needs are met and they're getting the most out of the platform. Reporting directly to the CEO Tristan Kalos and US Director Hanna Givelber, you'll support customers in understanding, using, and resolving technical issues with Escape's platform, while collaborating closely with the Sales, Product, and Engineering Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in configuring and installing the platform
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Educate customers on best practices and optimal use of the product
  • Work with the Sales Team to maintain client satisfaction and upsell accounts
  • Collaborate with Tech & Product Teams to identify opportunities for product improvements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a deep tech environment
  • Strong understanding of software or SaaS products
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Team player
  • Startup enthusiast

Interview Process:

  1. Profiling meeting with the Hiring Manager (US Director) – 15 minutes
  2. Technical Challenge
  3. Debriefing with the CEO – 1 hour
  4. Panel Interview with CEO, CTO, and Sales Team – 1 hour
  5. Formal hiring proposal
