Responsibilities For Lead Engineer, Artificial Intelligence
- Lead the execution of ML, NLP, LLM deliverables in support of the AI strategies
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers for ML model integration
- Execute custom ML, Gen AI, NLP, LLM Models for batch and stream processing
- Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms
- Stay updated on AI research and technology
- Foster innovation and collaboration
- Provide mentorship for team members
- Champion ethical AI practices
- Address data privacy, security, and bias issues
Requirements For Lead Engineer, Artificial Intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Expertise in designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI systems
- 3+ years of project leadership experience including Agile and SAFE
- Advanced ability with machine learning frameworks and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with Gen AI solutions at scale (preferred)
- Experience with LLMs, model distillation (preferred)
- Familiarity with human in the loop methods (preferred)
- Experience with Agentic framework platforms (preferred)
