Director, Full Stack Engineering Leader, Adobe CMS and Java

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Director of Full Stack Engineering to lead their Adobe CMS and Java development initiatives. This leadership role, based in Durham, NC, comes with the responsibility of managing 6-8 direct reports while driving the development and execution of their Adobe Enterprise Content Management Platform.

The position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, particularly in Adobe Sites and Adobe Assets within the financial sector. As a leader in this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of content management at Fidelity Investments, working within the Customer Data and Marketing Technologies (CDMT) team in the Wealth and Brokerage Business Unit. The role involves providing technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include leading large-scale content migrations, developing robust integration strategies, and ensuring solutions meet security and scalability requirements. The ideal candidate should bring 6+ years of experience in Web Content Management with Adobe Sites Experience Cloud Service, along with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on technical expertise.
