Flo Health, a unicorn-status HealthTech company valued at over $1B, is seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer to join their IT Engineering team. This role is crucial in implementing and maintaining the company's IAM program, which is fundamental to ensuring authorized access to company systems and protecting user data.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM, including RBAC/ABAC concepts, and will work on integrating IAM solutions using scripting and automation. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to improve Flo's IAM strategy and policy, manage the full identity lifecycle, and ensure the implementation of zero-trust concepts and least privilege principles.
Key responsibilities include executing the IAM Governance Model, managing integrations between systems, maintaining access rules and documentation, and acting as an escalation point for IT Engineers. The role also involves participating in the planning, designing, and development of systems and applications, with a focus on cloud-based and internet-related tools.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Enterprise Applications Engineer, with advanced skills in managing systems via Google Workspace, Okta Workflow, and other SaaS solutions. They should have a deep understanding of IDP/SSO/Authentication tools and experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
