DevOps Platform Engineer EMEA (F/M/D)

Flowdesk is seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to join their infrastructure team in Paris. This role focuses on building and maintaining resilient systems for a global high-frequency market maker. The position involves working closely with Engineering, Trading, and Data teams to improve, scale, and maintain Flowdesk's infrastructures. Key responsibilities include enhancing CI/CD systems, working with Kubernetes operators, developing an in-house workload orchestrator in Rust, and implementing DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Kubernetes, Golang/Rust, and cloud platforms, while being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
