Flowdesk, a technology and crypto financial services firm founded in 2020, is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join their newly formed quant trading team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on building and scaling a new HFT platform built in Rust. The position involves developing trading algorithms, building front-office systems, integrating with DeFi venues, and implementing risk management systems.

The team is led by an industry-known HFT expert with experience building some of the most profitable trading desks in the space. The role requires strong programming skills in Rust (or C/C++ with Rust experience), along with a solid understanding of HFT systems and order books. With 2+ years of experience required, the successful candidate will work on cutting-edge trading technology while contributing to the company's mission of becoming a major technology provider in the crypto space.

Rust
  • Very high level of raw programming talent
  • Low-level development / performance optimization experience
  • 2+ years coding HFT systems/Trading system development
  • Solid understanding of order books and order state machines
  • Rust programming skills (or C/C++ with Rust experience)
  • Strong maths and analytical skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
