As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of technology and client success, working with multiple teams to implement our AI Platform. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, requiring both strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You'll lead technical discussions, scope client requirements, and deliver customized demonstrations while serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in technical client-facing roles, with knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and AI/ML concepts. You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple clients while collaborating with various internal teams.
