Machine Learning Engineer

Found is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their Data team, a full-stack data organization responsible for researching, training, and deploying ML models to detect and stop fraud in real-time, as well as using data to inform product direction. The role involves partnering with the risk team to develop models for identifying risky activity, underwriting users, and improving understanding of user quality. Key responsibilities include designing and deploying ML models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating complex concepts, researching novel techniques, contributing to best practices, and providing mentorship. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning, expertise in Python/R and SQL, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of deploying successful ML models in production. Experience in fintech, lead scoring models, or startup environments is a plus.
