Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

We're looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer to drive the development of Franki's innovative platform, which merges social media, video content, and AI technologies. This role demands deep technical expertise in software development and leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a team of developers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting and implementing high-quality backend systems using C#, .NET, and Azure technologies
• Ensuring the creation of reliable and secure API interfaces
• Providing architectural guidance and aligning solutions with overall technical architecture and business goals
• Leading efforts to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Optimizing applications for maximum efficiency and scalability
• Championing security best practices
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of junior backend developers

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years experience with modern, scalable, cloud-based, open-source B2B/B2C web applications
• 4+ years experience leading small teams of engineers
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET & .NET Core, and Azure platform backend
• Ability to work with modern web app React front-end development
• Confidence in designing and using REST APIs
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and automated testing
