Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer
- Collaborate with Design, PM, and Engineering teammates to plan, architect, and build complex features
- Ideate with core team on leveraging AI capabilities
- Architect and scale systems operating at hundreds of thousands of requests per second
- Maintain and troubleshoot production environment
- Drive improvements to engineering processes and tooling
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer
- Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale enterprise web applications
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and mentor other engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience writing Go code in production environment
- English language fluency
