Software Engineer

Future Publishing is seeking a Software Engineer to join their dynamic team in Brno, playing a crucial role in GoCompare's technology transformation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on re-platforming initiatives, moving towards an API-first, cloud-based serverless architecture.

The role sits at the intersection of innovation and practical implementation, where you'll be instrumental in building new systems while having the opportunity to influence architecture and design decisions. Working under the Tech Lead, you'll collaborate with engineers across all levels to deliver a cutting-edge platform that serves both customer and business needs.

Your technical expertise will be put to good use working with modern technologies including .NET 8, TypeScript, Node.js, and Azure Services. The role demands strong experience in testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern architecture patterns including microservices and event-driven systems. You'll be expected to ensure all changes are scalable, well-tested, and aligned with best practices.
