Galderma, a global leader in dermatology present in 90 countries, is seeking a Workplace Endpoint Engineer to join their team in Krakow, Poland. This strategic role involves taking full ownership of endpoint services across the global enterprise, ensuring security, compliance, and optimal user experience. The position requires a technically savvy professional with 5+ years of IT Service Management experience to lead the planning, governance, and continuous improvement of endpoint platforms.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical expertise, focusing on critical areas such as Printing, VDI, and Patching & Vulnerability Management. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, service delivery partners, and business leaders to drive forward the technology roadmap and influence architectural decisions.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of workplace IT services including design and governance
  • Lead strategy and roadmap for endpoint services

  • 5+ years of IT Service Management experience
  • 3+ years of overseeing technical processes
