Description For Workplace Endpoint Engineer

Galderma, a global leader in dermatology present in 90 countries, is seeking a Workplace Endpoint Engineer to take ownership of their endpoint services. This role combines strategic planning with technical expertise, focusing on securing and optimizing endpoint platforms across the enterprise. The position requires managing critical services including Printing, VDI, and Patching & Vulnerability Management.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of IT Service Management experience and deep technical knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VDI technologies, and enterprise printing solutions. They will be responsible for leading service strategy, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring robust security through effective patch and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities For Workplace Endpoint Engineer

  • Take end-to-end ownership of workplace IT services — from design and governance to continuous improvement
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for endpoint services
  • Oversee service suppliers and vendors
  • Manage and improve processes for vulnerability remediation, patch deployment, and endpoint compliance
  • Monitor and resolve critical incidents
  • Drive improvements in user experience, performance, and reliability
  • Control and forecast service-related budgets
  • Provide architectural insight for future service design

Requirements For Workplace Endpoint Engineer

  • 5+ years of IT Service Management experience
  • 3+ years of overseeing technical processes
  • Experience working in global organizations
  • Experience managing outsourced IT delivery suppliers
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM)
  • Expertise in VDI technologies
  • Expertise in Printing services
  • Knowledge of Windows OS
  • Experience with patch management tools
