Founding Engineer

Gander is seeking a founding engineer to build new products from ground up, offering significant equity and product ownership. This role is crucial for the company's success.

The ideal candidate will work with Next.js, React, Vercel, and Supabase to create beautiful, reliable software solutions. They will lead end-to-end technical execution with full ownership of the development lifecycle and design system architecture that balances scalability, speed, and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating high-quality software using code-gen tools
• Leading product development with full ownership
• Designing and implementing core platform architecture
• Building AI systems into SaaS products

The ideal candidate should have:

• Full-stack development experience (frontend, backend, cloud)
• Ability to quickly adapt to customer needs
• Strong understanding of AI system implementation
• Experience with SQL databases (preferred)
• Knowledge of multi-tenancy database design
• Web scraping capabilities
• React Native experience (bonus)
