Description For Power Platform Developer

GDIT is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support NASA's Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) program. This role focuses on modernizing and sustaining enterprise business solutions for NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer. The position involves developing applications using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in software development, with specific expertise in Microsoft enterprise applications. Responsibilities For Power Platform Developer

  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Design, develop, and implement complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform environments
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Stay up to date with latest updates, features, and best practices in SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform

Requirements For Power Platform Developer

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Developer or Software Engineer with Microsoft enterprise application technologies
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and customization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a NASA Public Trust Clearance
  • US Citizenship Required
