Responsibilities For Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer
- Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow tools to enhance security solutions
- Develop processes to improve data collection, analysis, and response within ServiceNow SIR and VR workflows
- Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms
- Design and develop/configure workflows, forms, scripts and underlying logic using SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Participate in ServiceNow version upgrades
- Create architecture, design, and user guide documentation
- Work with end users to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products
- Maintain current ServiceNow/industry certifications
- Create estimations on effort required to produce ServiceNow functionality
Requirements For Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow SecOps/IRM, including CIS-SIR, CIS-VR, and/or CIS-TPRM
- Experience developing SecOps processes for large instances with more than 10,000 active users
- Understanding of IT service management and SecOps practices
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be able to identify and learn new technologies quickly
- US Citizenship Required
- Public Trust Suitability clearance required
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree (or equivalent experience)
