Software Engineer - Generative AI & Prompt Engineering

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to join their Advanced Research team. This role is part of a dedicated initiative to leverage Generative AI for streamlining operations and improving customer experiences. The position focuses on creating and optimizing prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), developing frameworks for prompt reuse, and collaborating with domain experts to build innovative solutions.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $88,200 to $140,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. This role requires working from the Niskayuna, NY office and involves minimal travel (2 weeks per year).
