Sr Staff Software Engineer

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead their GraphQL adoption and architectural initiatives across multiple product engineering teams. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $131,200 - $164,000, plus a 20% Variable Incentive Bonus, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k with company matching, and various other perks. As a Sr Staff Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for guiding teams through GraphQL implementation, establishing development standards, and ensuring consistency across services. You'll work closely with Product Line Leaders, CTOs, and other stakeholders to shape the technical direction of the company's GraphQL architecture.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience, strong technical expertise in GraphQL and various programming languages, and the ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.
