Responsibilities For Virtualization Engineer

  • Plan, design, and implement virtualization solutions including VM deployment, networking, and storage configurations
  • Create and deploy Windows and Linux VMs on various hardware platforms and hypervisors
  • Develop dashboards to capture and visualize data from various application runs
  • Implement and maintain security policies for virtualized environments
  • Develop tools to measure execution timings of system events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions

Requirements For Virtualization Engineer

Linux
Python
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, electrical engineering, or electric power engineering
  • 1-2 years of expertise in DevOps with Ansible
  • Experience with hypervisors (EsXi, KVM, Xen), Windows & Linux VMs, Docker
  • Strong programming skills in C, Python, and scripting languages
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark, TCPDump
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical approach
  • Ability to document and explain design, architecture, logic
  • Team player with proactive approach
