GEA is seeking an Associate Automation Engineer to join their extended team in India, focusing on producing and commissioning automation projects for pharmaceutical industry equipment. This role is based in the GEA Vadodara office, supporting the GEA UK Projects group and providing global support to other GEA Pharma Systems companies.
The position encompasses all aspects of control systems engineering, from requirement specification through design, testing, and commissioning. Working within an ISO 9001 quality environment, the role demands adherence to industry standards for documentation and quality expectations. The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering control systems for pharmaceutical processing equipment, including blending, granulating, drying, pelletizing, and coating systems.
GEA has been a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry for over 50 years, providing both small-capacity R&D systems and industrial-scale plants for batch production under cGMP conditions.
