Responsibilities For Front-End Engineer
- Develop scalable and high-quality front-end applications using Next.js
- Convert design wireframes into responsive, accessible, and efficient user interfaces
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, back-end) to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Optimize front-end performance, ensuring rapid load times and smooth user experiences
- Contribute to architectural decisions and front-end best practices through regular code reviews
- Troubleshoot and quickly resolve front-end-related issues and bugs
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Requirements For Front-End Engineer
- Minimum 4 years of professional front-end engineering experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience building dynamic web applications and working with server-side rendering (SSR) via Next.js
- Understanding of front-end performance optimization and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with front-end tooling, such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Vercel
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working full-time from our New York City office
