Responsibilities For Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable Ruby on Rails applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using the API first paradigm to design and implement APIs
- Ensure the application is optimized for speed, reliability, and scalability
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Mentor other developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Implement automated testing frameworks

Requirements For Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer
- 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications with Ruby on Rails
- Passion for writing readable, maintainable, elegant code
- Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Knowledge of background job processing systems (Sidekiq, Resque)
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development
