Application Support Engineer

The Application Support Engineer role is a critical position that combines technical expertise with customer support. You'll be working with GoodLeap's proprietary software, serving as a subject matter expert for both internal and external customers. The role requires a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Ruby, and familiarity with AWS services.

As an Application Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical business applications, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with development teams to improve system efficiency. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the sustainable energy sector while making a meaningful impact on environmental sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of enterprise-level technical support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. You'll be working in a fast-paced, remote environment, with a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 plus potential bonuses.
