With over $27 billion in financing for sustainable solutions since 2018, GoodLeap has helped more than 1 million homeowners access affordable, clean energy solutions.

The SRE role combines software engineering and systems engineering expertise to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications and services. You'll leverage tools like DataDog for monitoring and observability, while working with both SQL and MongoDB databases. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $97,000 to $141,000 annually, with the flexibility of remote work or various office locations across the US. You'll be part of a mission-driven company that not only focuses on sustainable energy solutions but also supports global initiatives through their nonprofit, GivePower, which has impacted over 1.6 million lives across three continents.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level engineer who is passionate about DevOps practices, automation, and maintaining large-scale systems. You'll have the chance to make a significant impact on both the technical infrastructure and the company's mission of making sustainable solutions more accessible and affordable.
