GoodLeap, a leading technology company in sustainable solutions financing, is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to join their innovative team. With over $27 billion in financing facilitated since 2018, GoodLeap has helped more than 1 million homeowners access sustainable home improvements through their AI-powered platform.

The position offers competitive compensation ($160,000-$210,000) plus bonus and equity potential, with the flexibility of remote work or office locations in San Francisco or San Mateo.

The ideal candidate will bring 6-10 years of experience in data engineering or software development, strong technical skills across multiple databases and cloud platforms, and a passion for quality and innovation.
