Full-Stack Engineer, Data

At Google DeepMind, we're seeking a Full-Stack Engineer, Data to join our team in London, UK. This role focuses on building elegant, scalable, and performant web front-ends for internal tools that enable research at scale. No machine learning experience is required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with researchers, infrastructure engineers, designers, and the human data operations team to build adaptable UX for ML data collection and model evaluation.
• Building distributed data storage and management features for secure and performant experiment and evaluation processes.
• Collaborating with engineers on existing Google infrastructure to scale operations.

We're looking for someone with:

• BSc in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal skills for discussing technical ideas
• Extensive experience with modern web technologies (TypeScript, Angular, React, Lit, or VueJS)
• Strong production-level Python coding skills
• Familiarity with scalable frontend development

Additional advantages include experience with C++, SQL, data visualization tools, and developing data processing pipelines.
