The Cloud GTM Applied AI team at Google is seeking an AI Architect to join their internal AI innovation factory. This role is crucial in driving transformation within Google Cloud's Go-To-Market (GTM) organization by developing and implementing AI solutions that enhance business operations.
As an AI Architect, you'll be working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and practical business applications. The role involves designing and building AI-powered solutions that directly impact Google Cloud's commercial success. You'll be working with advanced technologies including agentic AI, machine learning, and integrated third-party data to solve complex GTM challenges.
The position requires a strong technical background with at least 4 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design, plus specific expertise in Generative AI model applications. You'll be working with Python and SQL, and ideally have experience with cloud platforms and emerging AI frameworks like Agent Development Kit (ADK), A2A, and MCP.
Key responsibilities include rapid prototyping of AI applications, collaborating with sales and operations teams to identify and address high-value use cases, and developing frameworks to measure ROI of AI solutions. You'll be contributing to a team that's already achieving significant results, such as building customer agents for large call centers and food ordering AI agents.

This position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $125,000-$178,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits for US locations. The role can be based in several locations including Mexico City, Chicago, Atlanta, Boulder, Addison, or Miami, with specific requirements for Mexican citizenship for the Mexico City location.
