AI Architect III, Go-To-Market Applied AI, Google Cloud

The Cloud GTM Applied AI team at Google is seeking an AI Architect III to join their internal AI innovation factory. This role combines advanced technical expertise with business impact, focusing on developing AI solutions for Google Cloud's Go-To-Market organization. The position requires deep experience in Generative AI, system architecture, and technical leadership.

As an AI Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent systems that power Google Cloud's commercial operations. You'll work directly with GTM teams to understand their challenges and create AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business value. The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies, including agentic AI, machine learning, and integrated third-party data systems.

The position offers a competitive base salary range of $180,000-$267,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits for US locations. The role requires 9 years of experience in software engineering or technical architecture, with a strong background in AI/ML applications. You'll be working with Google's latest AI models and platforms, including Vertex AI and emerging frameworks like Agent Development Kit (ADK).
