Applied AI Engineering Lead, Core Enterprise, Core

Google's CorpEng Machine Learning team is seeking an Applied AI Engineering Lead to drive artificial intelligence initiatives across enterprise applications. This role combines technical leadership with people management, requiring expertise in both software engineering and machine learning.

The position sits within Google's Core team, which builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. As part of the Core Enterprise group, you'll be responsible for applying AI/ML techniques to Google's enterprise tests while ensuring responsible implementation. You'll work at the intersection of research and enterprise teams to identify and execute on AI opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of software development experience and a proven track record of technical leadership. You'll guide an engineering team while partnering with product management to develop roadmaps and deliver impactful AI solutions across various Google Enterprise domains including Legal, People Operations, and Finance.
