This role involves managing the risk program, including physical security, crisis response, and compliance functions within Data Centers or related infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team, setting priorities, and providing performance feedback and coaching
- Developing and executing protocols to assess and mitigate threats to company assets
- Designing and implementing security operations programs across multiple technical infrastructure locations
- Conducting investigations related to security and Code of Conduct violations
- Developing cross-functional strategies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and maintain security posture
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in developing risk mitigation processes, managing operational work, and leading teams
- Experience in managing geographically dispersed employees and contracted workforce
- Knowledge of data center technologies, infrastructure, and methodologies
- Expertise in physical security system architecture and troubleshooting
