Cloud Security Architect, Cloud and Infrastructure

As a Security Consultant at Mandiant (part of Google Cloud), you will be responsible for helping clients effectively prepare for, proactively mitigate, and detect and respond to cyber security threats. You will have an understanding of computer science, operating system functionality and networking, cloud services, and corporate network environments. Your role may include assisting clients with complex incidents, performing forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage. You may also test client networks, applications, and devices by emulating the latest techniques to help them defend against threats. As a technical advocate for information security, you will articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders and lead complex engagements alongside cross-functional teams.

Mandiant Security Transformation Services focuses on building effective security operations programs that minimize organizational risk and reduce the impact of security breaches. The role involves working on on-premises and cloud architecture, from initial assessments to detailed technical recommendations for hardening environments, enhancing visibility and detection, and improving processes.

Key responsibilities include identifying solution issue trends, developing improved delivery methods, collaborating with stakeholders to define solutions, and advising on tech best practices. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise networking, security controls, Zero Trust Architecture, Privileged Access Management, and various cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies.

This position requires fluency in both Arabic and English, as it involves customer-facing interactions with local stakeholders. The role may require up to 50% travel time.
