Mandiant, part of Google Cloud, is seeking a Cloud Security Architect for their Cloud and Infrastructure team. This role requires fluency in both Arabic and English, as it involves customer-facing interactions with local stakeholders. The position is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait, with a hybrid work arrangement and up to 50% travel.
As a Security Consultant, you'll be responsible for helping clients prepare for, mitigate, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats. You'll need a strong understanding of computer science, operating systems, networking, cloud services, and corporate network environments. Your work will include assisting clients with complex incidents, performing forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage. You may also test client networks, applications, and devices by emulating the latest techniques to enhance their defenses.
Key responsibilities include identifying solution issue trends, developing improved delivery methods, collaborating with stakeholders, and advising on best practices. You'll be working with Mandiant Security Transformation Services, helping organizations build effective security operations programs that minimize risk and reduce the impact of security breaches.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in delivering cyber outcomes and 4 years in assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise networking, Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, GRC practices, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and various cloud and on-premises security controls.
