Description For Customer Solutions Engineer III

Google's gTech Professional Services team is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer III to join their dynamic team in São Paulo. This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, working with Google Cloud Platform solutions. The position requires a strong technical background with at least 3 years of experience in programming and web technologies, combined with customer-facing skills.

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you'll be part of gTech's Professional Services team that takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. You'll work alongside solutions architects to develop and scale solutions globally, leveraging your expertise in programming languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript, as well as cloud technologies and database systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with experience in cloud technologies, database management, and machine learning. You'll be responsible for designing scalable solutions, collecting requirements, providing technical guidance, and experimenting with new technologies to solve complex customer challenges.

Responsibilities For Customer Solutions Engineer III

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside solutions architects to accelerate the identification and development of solutions globally
  • Identify and build a series of solutions and best practices at a global level to be used by Google Cloud Platform (GCS) customers globally
  • Design and scale, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to thousands of customers globally
  • Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive customer and business goals
  • Experiment with new technologies to develop solutions where existing Google products cannot help

Requirements For Customer Solutions Engineer III

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP)
  • 3 years of experience in coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers
