Design Verification Engineer, CPU, Google Cloud

Google's ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization is seeking a CPU Design Verification Engineer to join their server chip design team. This role is crucial in developing custom silicon solutions that power Google's direct-to-consumer products and future hardware experiences. As part of the R&D team, you'll be responsible for building verification components, implementing constrained-random testing, and ensuring verification closure.

The position involves working closely with design and verification engineers to create efficient testing environments that thoroughly examine designs through their corner-cases. You'll manage the complete verification lifecycle, from planning to test execution and coverage closure. This role is particularly important as it contributes to Google's hyperscale computing future and impacts software and hardware development across Google Cloud's services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital logic verification, particularly with SystemVerilog or Specman/E, and a solid understanding of CPU implementation and compute System on a Chip (SOC).
