- Manage a team of Solutions Engineers that develop scaled solutions with the customers across tiers
- Deliver goals of the organization, establishing relationships with executive leaders
- Lead the change management on initiatives that drive automation and efficiency of multifaceted workflows and processes
Requirements For Head of Scaled Solutions Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture
- 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting
- 5 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role
- 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python)
- Experience in consulting, technical consulting in a customer-facing role
- Experience working with ad tech products
- Excellent project management, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
