Machine Learning Solutions Engineer, Google Cloud Learning Services

The Advanced Solutions Lab (ASL) for Machine Learning at Google Cloud is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to deliver cutting-edge ML and Generative AI training to enterprise customers. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with educational leadership, working directly with customers to solve high-impact business challenges using AI/ML.

The position involves leading immersive training programs where participants work alongside Google's AI/ML experts, learning techniques similar to those used by Google's own engineering teams. You'll be responsible for curriculum development, delivery of technical content, and guiding customers through practical ML projects relevant to their industries.

As a key member of Google's AI community, you'll collaborate with ML experts across the company, contribute to research and engineering initiatives, and help customers implement real-world AI solutions. The role requires deep technical knowledge in machine learning, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of ML model building experience, strong programming skills, and cloud platform expertise. They should be passionate about education, comfortable with dynamic environments, and able to communicate fluently in both Japanese and English.
