As the Manager of Systems Development Engineering, you'll be responsible for guiding all technical aspects of GDCH solutions, from requirements definition to implementation and testing. You'll lead a high-performing team of 10-15 engineers, focusing on Operations Engineering excellence. Your role will involve building and managing relationships with customers in the EMEA region, serving as the primary engineering point of contact.
Key responsibilities include developing road maps for Operations Engineering projects, collaborating with stakeholders across Google Distributed Cloud and Google Cloud Platform, and building partnerships with various sub-teams to drive joint projects. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a sense of ownership, and strong communication abilities.
