Google is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development Engineering Lead for their Machine Learning division in Taipei. This role is part of the Manufacturing Operations team, which is crucial in delivering Google's state-of-the-art physical infrastructure.
The position involves leading the deployment of test infrastructure with a focus on new product introduction (NPI) program test strategies. You'll be responsible for developing and managing test development schedules, budgets, and execution. The role requires deep understanding of manufacturing environments and leadership of test development engineering teams to ensure timely deployment of test infrastructure in partner factories.
As part of Google's Technical Infrastructure team, you'll be working behind the scenes to maintain and develop the architecture that powers Google's extensive product portfolio. The team takes pride in being the engineers' engineers, focusing on keeping networks running optimally to ensure the best possible user experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing or test development, with preferred experience of 10 years in architecting complex manufacturing test solutions for CPU/GPU based products. You'll need strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across internal teams and external partners, manage complex projects, and drive technical documentation development.
