The Creator Support Operations team at YouTube is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for valued partners and creators. This role involves providing operational support for YouTube partners, troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as a consultant to internal stakeholders. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and creativity, moving at the speed of culture to show people the world.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational support for partners on the YouTube platform, primarily through email communication
  • Troubleshooting technical issues to help partners maximize their performance
  • Consulting with internal stakeholders on the YouTube product
  • Identifying key metrics and evaluating data both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Contributing to scaling Partner Operations through innovation and efficiency gains

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role, and fluency in both English and Portuguese. They should be able to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple time-sensitive projects, and drive initiatives to completion with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities For Partner Operations Manager, Creator Success Operations (English, Portuguese)

  • Provide operational support for partners on the YouTube platform, primarily through email communication
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to enable Partners to maximize their performance on the platform
  • Serve as a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product
  • Work with assigned Partner Managers and Partner Engineers on account, sharing insights for partner growth
  • Identify key metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Contribute to scaling Partner Operations for YouTube through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis
  • Streamline the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks

Requirements For Partner Operations Manager, Creator Success Operations (English, Portuguese)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage engaging priorities in a fast-paced environment
