Responsibilities For Principal Architect, Retail and e-Commerce, Google Cloud
- Build a trusted advisory relationship with accounts and engage with Architects, VP Engineering, CTO and CIO
- Provide domain expertise around public cloud and enterprise technology
- Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure
- Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers
- Travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites, conferences, and other related events
Requirements For Principal Architect, Retail and e-Commerce, Google Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in cloud market insights and cloud computing across applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, or data
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders
- Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments
- Experience in enterprise technology buying and evaluation process
- Experience in, or supporting the Retail and e-Commerce industries
