Description For Product Manager I, Google Ad Manager

Google Ad Manager (GAM) is seeking a Product Manager I to help grow the business of publisher partners and contribute to Google's mission of sustaining diverse content on the web. This role focuses on optimization, yield management, and auction dynamics within Google's publisher ad server and ad exchange. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders to guide products from conception to launch.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating on Product Requirements Documents
  2. Defining product roadmaps
  3. Articulating product outlook
  4. Validating market size and opportunities
  5. Facilitating product launches, maintenance, and retirement

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. Preferred qualifications include a Master's or PhD in a science, technology, or business-related field, experience in business operations or consulting, and strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
