Program Manager III, Regional Maintenance Planning, Data Center

Google is seeking a Program Manager III for Regional Maintenance Planning in their Data Center team. This role involves managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. They are responsible for maintaining critical cooling and power to Google's data centers, ensuring that Google's product portfolio is possible.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and implementing multiple projects for the team
• Ensuring maintenance planning and scheduling priorities align with company objectives
• Overseeing planning and scheduling of work associated with data center infrastructure
• Hiring, coaching, and developing a team of Maintenance Planning Program Managers
• Identifying problems and creating solutions to minimize equipment downtime

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience, 5 years of experience in program or project management, 3 years of leadership experience, and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
