Responsibilities For Program Manager, Product Operations, Privacy, Safety, and Security

  • Oversee all aspects of vendor relationships, including access control, onboarding, contract management (Amendments), and financial management (invoices)
  • Coordinate with full-time employees on escalations, resourcing, vendor portfolio management, project allocation, and onboarding of new projects
  • Manage operational expenditure (OpEx) budget for vendor spend, including tracking and reporting on Temporary Variable Costs spend and utilization
  • Lead strategic initiatives, such as Return of Investment analysis and execution, in partnership with vendors
  • Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to enhance processes and support strategic decision-making

Requirements For Program Manager, Product Operations, Privacy, Safety, and Security

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company
  • Experience working with and analyzing data
