Senior CPU Architect, Google Cloud

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior CPU Architect to join their ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization. This role is crucial in developing custom silicon solutions that power Google's direct-to-consumer products and cloud infrastructure. The position involves leading CPU architecture and microarchitecture definitions, collaborating with cross-functional teams including software and hardware architects, design, verification, and physical implementation teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the next generation of hardware experiences, focusing on delivering unparalleled performance, efficiency, and integration. They will play a key role in building processor performance analysis infrastructure, utilizing modeling, emulation, and silicon measurement techniques to drive power and performance optimizations for specific customer workloads.

The MSCA organization is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (including Search, YouTube) and Google Cloud.
