Responsibilities For Senior Product Design Engineer, Pixel, Advanced Architecture

  • Manage the subsystem or individual consumer electronics part designs from concept to production
  • Work with global manufacturing suppliers and partners of subsystems, and drive individual part design from concept to production
  • Create and publish detailed 3D CAD and 2D drawings for your design models, search out and select materials, components, and sub-systems
  • Build and troubleshoot prototypes, analyze results of reliability testing/FEA simulation, iteratively improve the design
  • Design for function, reliability, human factors, manufacturability, and cosmetic requirements

Requirements For Senior Product Design Engineer, Pixel, Advanced Architecture

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience designing mechanical components such as plastic or metal parts, mechanical assemblies, printed circuit boards, or flexes
  • 5 years of experience using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools such as 3D MCAD, NX, Creo, or Solidworks
  • English proficiency is a requirement
