Knowledge of Machine Learning-based automation for improving test cost, coverage, and quality in the Semiconductor Industry is highly valued. Experience with Design for test (DFT) techniques, structural tests, and understanding of various circuits such as SERDES, PCIe, DDR, and Mixed-Signal circuits is preferred.
