Responsibilities For Senior Silicon Product Engineer

  • Perform SoC (AI centric) Product Specifications and Design for testing (DFT) Architecture reviews and generate New Product Introduction (NPI) characterization/test/manufacturing plans
  • Support Test hardware design (e.g., probe card, Load board) requirements, ATE Test program review, and strive test coverage to achieve desired Defective parts per million (DPPM)
  • Perform Die/Package level bring-ups, troubleshoot different failure modes and help resolve issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Perform Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Vmin and Key KPI characterization and systems correlation, conduct reviews, generate reports to meet product's AI performance and power goals
  • Support OSAT Bring Up, timely ATE manufacturing test programs releases and meet test cost (e.g., Yield and Test time) goals

Requirements For Senior Silicon Product Engineer

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience with Very-Large-Scale Integration (VLSI) technologies, product and test engineering, and semiconductor processing
  • Experience in ATE or System-Level testings using AdvanTest or UFlex systems
  • Experience with new technology like 3nm nodes
