Senior SoC Power Engineer, Google Cloud

Join Google Cloud's server chip design team as a Senior SoC Power Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of developing custom silicon solutions that power Google's cloud infrastructure. This role combines hardware innovation with power optimization expertise, working on critical power-related workflows throughout the chip development lifecycle. You'll collaborate with hardware, software, and data center teams to shape silicon and technology roadmaps.

As part of the ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization, you'll contribute to the infrastructure that supports all Google services and Cloud operations. The position requires deep expertise in power modeling, delivery, and distribution network design, with a focus on optimization techniques like multi Vth/power/voltage domain design and power gating.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience and strong technical skills in power estimation tools and scripting languages. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement power reduction features, manage power delivery simulations, and ensure power goals are met throughout the development process.
