Description For Senior Software Developer, Google Kubernetes Engine, Anthos Networking

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) team, focusing on Anthos Networking. This role is critical in developing next-generation technologies that impact billions of users' connectivity and interactions. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires expertise in networking solutions, distributed systems, and container technologies.

The GKE team has established expertise in crucial areas including GKE 1N - Advanced Load Balancing, GKE Networking Infrastructure for AI/ML, GKE L4 Services, DNS, Multi-Cluster Service, GKE IPv6, and dataplane scalability. As part of the DPv2 team, you'll be instrumental in enabling new features, scaling solutions, and migrating legacy systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong software development experience, particularly in networking and distributed systems. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing networking features for Kubernetes and GKE, developing network virtualization solutions for containers, and engaging with the open source community to shape Kubernetes networking's future.
